Live Video Cooking Classes– Once a week Facebook Live Video cooking class on Wednesdays, 7 PM Paris Time, 1PM East Coast, 9 AM West Coast. Once you join, I will give you access to the Private Group on Facebook so you can join in on the Live broadcasts. You will also be able to access these videos here, on the chezmoenfrance.com site, under Video Live Classes.

La Parapluie (Umbrella) Level 2- $250.00 a year.

Everything in the La Vie En Rose plus access to two 1-1/2 hour Zoom classes each month, with recipes provided, plus access to the finished class video. Held 2 Saturdays a month, these classes will include skills and techniques and will tackle a single subject (like gratins, tarts, soufflées, or Cuisine Minceur-French Gourmet Diet Food) or a complete dinner menu. You will receive recipes as well as a copy of the class video provided after the class for future reference.
